Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need registration to order something. We are accepting Guest checkouts. But we certainly recommend you to be a registered user to get more information in your orders from your user panel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Stripe and if need also bank transfers. Only in bank transfers you need to reach from live chat.

What shipping methods do you provide?

We support every shipment way as our users want. We mainly use DHL and FedEX for sending because they are fast. If you need any other shipment you can tell us, we can arrange it for you. In digital products (such as activations and credits) we send your order in your mail address instant.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipment time depends to your receiving location, usually in 3 to 15 days you receive your order. But if your country has additional custom procedures can take up little more time.

What is your return policy?

When you buy a product which is designed particularly for your needs it's hard to refund it. In software products (digital ones) only very few of them possible to refund. In psychical products if you are not used we can get refund most likely. You only need to ship it back to us.
